Abstract

The course aims to empower teaching staff of TVET institutions and companies to assess, test and examine competences and related knowledge, skills and attitudes. It guides the participants through the different areas and methods of competence- and work-based assessment and enables them to plan, prepare, conduct and assessments. Furthermore, the different ways and processes of certification are described.
