The participants learn what green competencies are and how these can be implemented on different levels of the TVET system as well as how they can be identified, trained and assessed in adequate manner. It targets persons with deeper interest in the topic “Green Competences” with focus on with focus on Green TVET, TVET personnel as well as TVET experts and private sector stakeholders.

A greening economy requires a workforce with adequate green skills. Based on a given framework structure participants will be introduced to a training module on cross-occupational green basic competences which either can be integrated into all TVET programmes or treated as a separate module. It targets TVET personnel as well as TVET experts and private sector stakeholders and highly recommended participants that have attended the courses “Green Economy, Green Jobs and Green Competences” and Development of Green Competences” before.
