Besides providing an overview on the fundamentals of TVET and different TVET approaches this course focuses on the application of different TVET models and instruments in practice. The course further involves participants working on specific technical topics in the scope of case studies. The training addresses GIZ employees. The course is carried out online.

As a result of the training the participants gained new knowledge on:

• Fundamentals of TVET and specific technical topics in the field of TVET, stakeholder arrangements and advisory strategies

The participants are able to:

•  Apply their newly acquired knowledge in their everyday work by discussing and evaluating application scenarios.
