|Duration:||The duration differs from min.30 minutes up to several hours according to the level of pre-knowledge|
|free of charge|
This free online training provides you with basic knowledge for conducting contribution analysis and efficiency analysis in evaluations. It will give you the tools and knowledge to deepen your theoretical knowledge and is prerequisite for participating in the advanced face to face training (currently run as virtual format), offered to expand your practical skills.
What is effective in development cooperation? How, why and under what conditions? The more complex projects are, and the greater the extent to which they are integrated into national strategies, the more difficult it is to clearly measure their effectiveness. This explains the strong international interest in evaluation methods that are capable of responding to this challenge.
In this self-paced online training you will…
...learn how to apply the 6 steps of the contribution analysis in an evaluation.
...learn how to perform an efficiency analysis in an evaluation according to the "follow the money approach", based on the efficiency tool.
...learn how to present the results of the evaluation in a competent and user-oriented way.
This training is structured in the following sections:
Module 1: Contribution analysis
Module 2: Efficiency analysis
These activities are an additional offer to transfer your knowledge into practice.
Each of the first two modules includes multiple sub modules as well as different activities, like tasks and resources for further reading.
