Abstract

This face-to-face training workshop is a perfect combination of theory and practice. Key concept and tools will be explored and discussed to form common understanding in results-oriented project management, which will build a foundation for the subsequent application phases.

This training workshop takes on a case-based approach. Firstly, participants will be introduced to tools and techniques in results-oriented (based) project management (RBM). Then, they will apply their knowledge on a case study designed to facilitate their learning and further enhance their understanding in the topics. After gaining solid foundation, participants will get to apply what they have learned to their own or their fellow participants’ cases.
