Financed by the BMZ, experts and managers in German international cooperation preparing for assignments abroad and their accompanying partners can make use of up to 40 learning days from 6 months before up to 24 months after departure to the partner country. (No GIZ-specific topics included) This applies to participants starting their assignment abroad after 15.07.2023. Please note: Almost all offers can also be booked by persons who will not be working in a partner country (non-departing persons). Such fee-based participation is possible if there are still places available that are not taken up by persons preparing for a foreign assignment. We cannot confirm participation by non-departing persons until 19 days before the start of the event.
